Does the transaction number start with “4”, ​@LJB0967

To use the online form your iD transaction number must begin with a “4”.

Otherwise, perhaps you gave iD your PAC at the point-of-sale?

The transaction number does start with a 4. I did not have a PAC number at point of sale.

Okay ​@LJB0967, the best option is probably to have an online web chat with iD customer service team. 

An iD adviser should be able to process your PAC during the chat, but the online iD advisers only work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends). 

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot that you’d like to “talk to a person”.

OK ​@LJB0967  do you have any hyphens in your surname? Is your date of birth the same as you used at the point of sale, I have known of people using false ones in the past.
