PAC and keeping number

Hi. I've just joined ID Mobile. I have my PAC code and I'm sure I gave it to ID Mobile but I can't remember. The number on my new phone is different to my old number. Is there a way of checking if they are transferring over my old number please?

Looks like a port was on the account for a number ending in 427. Has that completed for you?

Thank you, it's all sorted now, aside from when I send texts occasionally they go from the number I rejected.

Hi @Jay Smerdon,

You may need to reset your network settings.

Depending on the handset that you are using you need to update the number in your iMessage/RCS Chat.

Can not give my PAC number, it says there is a problem
