I have just ordered a sim only deal as my current contract has ended.
When ordering it did not ask me for the pac code to keep my old number and end my contract with old provider.

Members of this online iD forum can’t see customers orders, nor iD customers accounts,
Posting your O2 PAC and iD order number in this public forum, which anybody on the Internet can read, might result in SIM fraud.
Anyway, I’d suggest using the iD online Live Chat service to contact the iD customer service team.
Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - which may need repeating a few times.
The Live Chat advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays (9am - 6pm at weekends).
