PAC Code and changover

Hi there! 
 

I have just joined ID and would like to keep my old number. So I just tried to add my PAC details to the ID PAC page, and after attempting a few times - a red notification keeps popping up saying that it had issues with processing my code and if it has been processed then I’ll be contacted within a few days confirming my mobile number hasn’t changed. 


Please can I check if these details have passed through and that my ID sim will change to my old number?

Okay @Camille Jackson, best option for checking this is to contact iD customer care using their online Live Chat service. 

The iD chatbot works 24/7, and the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the bot you want to “talk to a person”.
