PAC code form mistake


I filled in the PAC transfer form incorrectly - correct PAC code, surname, telephone number I want to keep, and the transaction reference... but the wrong iD phone number. 

 

Help!

Live chat is not live,. IT is not a humnan being. It keeps sending unrelated answers

Hi @Marzena Miskiewicz,

You’ll need to select the relevant options to get through to an agent.

You can also type ‘chat to an agent’ and it should put you through.

What is it that you require assistance with, if you could give us a little more information here we can look into it.
