PAC Code hasn’t transferred over yet after over 24 hours

Hi,

 

sending a message on behalf of my Dad. He scheduled his pac code transfer for yesterday and lost all signal from old provider at around 7am.

 

He was told it could take until 10pm but he has woke up this morning and this still hasn’t transferred and he needs his number for work.

 

is there anyone to contact or to speed up this process or see if their is a fault?

Has he restarted the phone with his iD SIM, ​@Alex Lowe?

Might be advisable to contact iD customer support - your Dad would need to start an online web chat with iD.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - best to tell the 24/7 iD bot you want to “talk to a person”.

We are sorry to hear your Dad’s number has not yet transferred. 

Can you please ask him to reboot the handset and make sure the correct number is showing via the settings? 

If he is unsure, please let us know the make/model of the handset and we can provide instructions.
