I’ve switched mine & my kids SIM cards from Sky to ID Mobile. My son’s having issues transferring his old number. He has tried twice & it keeps saying there are issues but all of the details are correct & the PAC code was only generated last week so is still in date. What can we do as he needs his original number? Mine & my daughters have switched with no issues.

Probably best for your son to have an online web chat with the iD customer advisers about their PAC issues, ​@Nikki Jay

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - tell the bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
