I have had trouble transferring my old number over.
I didn’t recieve a transaction number or invoice from ID, nor a welcome to ID mobile email.
I followed other posts here that said to register your contract on ID account and I done that, and having went to ‘keep my number’ my PAC code from 02 is now not working and I am getting an error message from ID saying I have input the wrong information, but I have checked my phone number that I want to keep and PAC code three times now.
I’m lost what to do or try next and need help from ID.
