PAC code not working

I have seen many people have the same issue.

 

I used the feature to enter your PAC code, your old number, new number and transaction number starting with a 4.

All details are correct but this is the 4th time I've tried and it always tells me there's an error.

 

Could you please help me resolve this?

It sounds like you have already checked the Community for a fix.

I would advise contacting our Live Chat Team HERE for assistance as the port may need to be manually processed.
