I’ve tried to submit a PAC code using different networks and different devices always I get the error message 

 

The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 10294647463011408358

 

Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Okay @Steve Erhardt, this is down to the way iD Mobile use browser cookies for their main website and this community website. 

Logout of of your iD Community account before trying to submit you PAC online.

Otherwise, use the iD online Live Chat service, and give your PAC to the iD customer service team. 

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - which may need repeating a few times.

The iD advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays (9am - 6pm at weekends).
