PAC Code switching

Hi,

I received a PAC code from my old provider but mislaid it and didn’t use it within the 30 days.My old number has been disconnected now ,how can i get the code and get ID mobile to switch it? My old network cant help

If you did not use the PAC, then your old service provider’s account should not have been disconnected, @HenrySmash.

Perhaps somebody stole your PAC and used it elsewhere, other than iD Mobile.
