Pac code transfer

Hi, I have just bought a sim to replace my sky sim but I forgot to add my pac code. How do I add this please as want to keep my number. Many thanks

    It keeps saying authorisation rejected🤷‍♂️

    Maybe have a web chat with iD customer service, ​@Steve De Pace. 

    They should be able to help with your PAC - the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays. 

    You might need to tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
