Hi 

I have just joined ID today but when I put my pac code in there must have been a calendar that you can choose what date you want your number to transfer, I missed this and now it states the 27/08 is my transfer date. I obviously didn’t choose this date and require my pac transfer ASAP, is there a live chat helpline or phone line to call ? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

If you still need to use your phone then your old network SIM should still work as it won’t be disconnected until the transfer is completed.
