pac not submitting

We are sorry to hear you are having issues when submitting your PAC. 

To make sure, the page you would need is available here. 

When submitting a PAC, you will need to ensure that it has not expired. Once generated, they are only active for 30 days and if they expire, your previous network will need to supply a new one. 

Also, we recommend double checking your transaction number is correct.
