Hello

I have transferred my number from O2 using the PAC code. It’s been over a week but the number in the app still has the old number not the one I have transferred over? Should this take so long?

The port usually completes by 10pm on the port date.

If the port hasn’t completed, please contact our Live Chat Team.

Which number is showing when you call someone?

You may need to log out and log back into the app for the number to update.
