Hi, I recently moved over to ID Mobile and my PAC switch was meant to happen today to move my old number onto my new phone/Sim.
 

My old phone/SIM has stopped working but the number hasn’t transferred onto my new ID mobile phone/Sim. When can I expect this to happen?

Hey there ​@Paolo Di-Mascio, all ports complete from 8am-10pm on the selected date, so please allow up until 10pm and then restart your phone :)

It’s switch day but my email says my number is going to a sim instead have a eSIM can someone help please

Welcome to the Community!

Has your switch completed? Have you tried to use the services with the ported number?

It may be worth resetting your network settings and restarting the handset.
