pac switch over

Hi I have recently switched from EE to id mobile. I wanted to keep my old number so they sent a package code and the switch on date was today 21st April. I can make and send texts, but I can't receive calls or texts as they get sent toy old phone, how do I stop this?

We’re very sorry to hear that you’re unable to receive calls or texts.

 

Please note that if your number transfer (porting) is scheduled for today, it can take until up to 10:00 PM for the process to fully complete. During this time, some services may not work as expected.

Once you receive a confirmation text from us that the transfer is complete, please restart your device to ensure your number is working correctly.

Exactly the same as me, I’ve received the text to say it’s been changed over but can’t call out or text? When my wife calls my number it says you’ve dialled an incorrect number?

I’m sorry you’re having this issue, I know how frustrating it is.

This sounds like a partial port, where the number hasn’t fully transferred yet.
 

Quick steps:

• Turn your phone off for 2–3 minutes, then back on
• Remove and reinsert the SIM
• Check it shows iD Mobile signal
 

Even after the confirmation text, it can take a bit longer for calls/texts to fully work.
 

If it’s still not working after this, let me know

Done those steps, it’s showing the ID mobile signal but is still saying incorrect number when anybody tries to call me…

I'm having the exact same issue. However o2 have cut off my sim now so unable to receive anything! It's ridiculous and no number available to call id mobile.

Same thing has happened me last Wednesday. Told me to sign out of my Apple ID too now I can’t even sign back in to try reactivate iMessage as I can’t receive texts or calls. Terrible service.

Thank you for getting in touch with us, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing this I understand how frustrating it must be, especially if you’re now unable to receive texts or calls.

 

To help you recover access, you can try the following steps:


Restart your iPhone
Try signing back into your Apple ID via Settings → Sign in to your iPhone
Check Apple’s system status page to confirm iMessage services are working
If possible, try inserting your SIM into another phone temporarily to receive any verification SMS

I have tried all of these steps. I cannot log back into my Apple ID as I need a text code or phone call

code to which I can’t receive either. I carried out all the steps of changing sims, and resetting networks etc. Nothing is working.
