PAC transaction is failing

I have the right transaction number from my welcome email

 

I have entered my PAC and old and new MSISDN

 

I am getting an error message each time at the top saying it failed

 

It looks like the service is down

    Does your iD transaction number begin with a “4”, ​@Brett St Clair?
