Pac code transfer successful, but ID wants me to log in to number they provided but I don`t have access to this and so code they sent to ID number can`t be inputted and so can`t log in…..Help!!

Hi @Mick CIf you’re in the process of transferring a number, it may be worth waiting until the number has transferred before registering to the app so the system can have some time to update which number to use.Tom
