pac transfer done, but cant log in as it wants to send code to ID sim card number

Pac code transfer successful,  but ID wants me to log in to number they provided but I don`t have access to this and so code they sent to ID number can`t be inputted and so can`t log in…..Help!!

If you’re in the process of transferring a number, it may be worth waiting until the number has transferred before registering to the app so the system can have some time to update which number to use.
