No issues with calls or data. I’ve checked postcode etc. My postcode is LE9 9LG. My phone is iPhone 13 Pro Max

Hey there ​@Linaka, what error message do you get when trying to send? Is it only to specific numbers, or all numbers?

It’s says idmobile not enabled. And it’s not to all numbers!

I checked my settings and it says id mobile enabled. I don’t get it and I’m not happy especially when I couldn’t make calls out yesterday!!

Hey there ​@Linaka, yes of course, you won’t lose anything saved on your phone, other than saved Wi-Fi passwords and connected bluetooth devices for example, which of course can all easily be re-added.
