I ordered a new phone and provided my PAC details for my account to swith yesterday. There was an issue with the original phone delivery by dpd and I had an email to say there was a delay then updated emails stating I had been sent a replacement for the delayed delivery. This arrived however the phone hasn't activated on my ported number and when trying to call my number it's an automated message stating this number isn't able to connect so now I have no active phone
