Joined ID this week for the first time. Phone number was meant to transfer from O2 yesterday, but it hasn’t happened. 
 

i gave my PAC code at time of sign up but I did request a physical sim which has arrived. Only when I went to try and insert it yesterday did I realise the 15 pro apparently doesn’t have a slot for sim cards, so it’s probably my error?

Please can someone advise how I get my phone working as I really need it today.
