Hey @Brightonpablo, are you using an iPhone by any chance? If so, could you try the following?

1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)

2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)

3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.

4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number

5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)

6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under "Start new conversations from:"

It’s also worth following basic troubleshooting steps like powering down the phone, removing the SIM for 15 minutes and trying again. If you’re still having issues after that, I’d recommend speaking to the Live Chat team so they can raise a ticket for you.

Thank you,

Rory

I have a similar problem since I got my new phone (iPhone 14 Pro Max).  This was an ID mobile upgrade.  Everything appears to be working apart from incoming calls.

I have tried what Rory sugested above but with no luck.

This is desperate now.  I cant be without a phone and I cant find anyway to cantact IDMobile.  I may have to send the phone back.

Thank you Kash.  I finally managed to talk to someone at ID Mobile (through the complaints process!).  A replacement SIM card has fixed the problem.

Thank you anyway.
