I think a PAC is only valid for 30 calendar (not business) days from date issued, ​@Jr99. 

In addition, iD Mobile won’t accept a PAC online, if there’s only a few days left before it expires.

You may be able to choose a date further into the future, if you have a web chat with iD Mobile customer service team.
