Porting a number from Three has not happened yet


I have moved from Three to ID Mobile on Monday 7th July, some 7 days ago.

I gave my PAC code when I applied online via the ID Mobile web site.

I have received the ID Mobile SIM card and put it in my mobile and it is showing the ID mobile number, not my number that I want to port.

But I have not yet been given a date to port the number, and my mobile is still showing the ID mobile number.

Nothing I have seen online helps me get the port done.

I can log on to my ID Mobile account on the website and all my details are correct and the ID Mobile plan is also correct, but it still shows the ID mobile number.

How can I get my old Three mobile number ported?

Can somebody please contact me and explain why this has not yet been done?

Unfortunately @nickg2, PAC submission at the point-of-purchase sometimes isn’t processed correctly. 

It seems the PAC is accepted, but the switching date seems to go AWOL.

Try speaking to an iD adviser at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
