I'm trying to transfer my old number to ID but I'm having issues doing so. I keep getting an error saying "we've tried to process your PAC but there's an issue with the information submitted. I'm not sure what to do and can't find the live help or contact number fo ID mobile. Please any help would be great full.

Yes I used the transaction number on the order email. I tried 5 different times and still no luck.


OK, have you tried clearing your cache/cookies ​@Illieight ?


Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Illieight   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
