PUK needed for mobile number

I need a PUK Code I’m unable to use the experts online because I’m having security issues with my Bank at this time , I have been trying for over 3 weeks now to get a code via live chat but they are ignoring me why ? I don’t know , so please can someone help my get a PUK code ?

PUK code needed urgently I can’t contact the experts as I’m having serious issues with my Bank so I have enough on my plate to begin with so I would be extremely grateful if someone could please help my ID number .
