Hi, I can't see to find my email that has the QR code to set up new new esim. Is it possible to get a new QR code or the code for manual set up? Thanks.

Have you checked your junk/spam email?

Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Jess Dalebout-Campbell     

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
