I’m a new customer. 
I have received my first bill but I am unable to see it. 
I have registered online, I feel I have registered on the app (re-registered) each time I get to the enter the one time pass code but never receive the email containing the one time pass code. This is very frustrating. Please can you advise how I sort this.

The one time password is sent I believe via SMS, not via email, please uninstall/reinstall the app and try again and/or try the website too.

Hi Tom, 

through the app it’s not a one time passcode via sms. It states we’ve sent you an email. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no such luck. I have tried through the webpage but keep getting redirected to the app.
