Hi, I purchased yesterday to receive the phone today, I thought I would be clever and port old number over, this is activated. I have my device and my ported number is working. Great! Now I have come to register for my ID account, and I cannot. The form requests my number, and won’t accept my ported number, only the none working number is accepted. Of course I cannot receive a text on this number to activate. What do I do please? Thanks, apart from this the hand over has been fantastic.Kindest regards,Mark.

Hey there @Mark Vickers, thank you for reaching out.If your port was to complete today, or has only just completed, then it can take up until 10pm for all to fully complete.Therefore, please await until 10pm, and then try registering with your ported over number, and all should work fine by then at the latest with the registration.If not, please get back in touch tomorrow and we can investigate further.Thanks,Tyler
