Regarding activation of SIM card

I have recently changed my plan and it says to activate the new SIM card (which will be arriving via post) but in my account page, it seems like the update has been activated.

In this case, do I still need to change my SIM and activate it ?

Hi @hana,

If your old SIM card still works then you are fine to continue using it. If a new one is dispatched to you, you can keep it safe in case you ever need a replacement in the future.

I have received a new SIM card and it’s not working can you check it’s all activate
