I have recently activated a replacement SIM card in my daughters phone but it will not receive signal or work. I tried to reactivate the SIM card and it said the SIM card was active. Can you please help?

I recommend using the Live Chat service and ask them to process your SIM swap.
Make sure you start your chat between 9am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 6pm weekends.
By chatting within these time periods you’ll get a real person in the iD customer support team.
Also, you should type “talk to a person” once you get connected, to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.
Otherwise, try contacting iD via a PM on one of their social media channels:
There should be iD agents 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5:30pm weekends.
Otherwise, you’ll be waiting for iD to reply to this post at a later date.
