How can I restart my old sim only contract? I’ve just gone with new provider but am in cooling off period and I want to revert back to my iD account

Thanks for getting in touch.
Unfortunately if your previous plan has been deactivated, we would not be able to reinstate it.
If you wish to return, you would need to place a new order and request a PAC from your provider to bring the number over.
