Good morning, I have a problem with this bill from August and September. I know I wasn't away from UK in Canada. However I'm asking kindly. I didn't know that will be charged for high amount of income cold receiving. I'm really sorry about this. I would like to kindly ask is any chance you can give me a refund because I didn't know this much charge and also I am valuable customers for you. I have two account with you please. This is my first time I had a mistake. I won't do it on the future and again please give me some refund. It will be grateful. Thank you very much.

Roaming abroad can be expensive if you aren’t within an EU inclusive roaming destination.

Unfortunately we can’t refund roaming charges as this is for usage abroad.
