Hi @Nikki Heath, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve got a problem with the phone screen.

If you’ve got an iPhone, the warranty will be valid for 12-months.

If you’ve got an android device, most manufacturers offer a 24-month warranty.

You’ll be able to visit any local Currys store for a member of staff to review the device and/or send this off for repair under your warranty.

However, if there are any cracks/physical damage to the screen this will void your warranty and you will likely need to pay for the screen to be repaired. Water damage also voids the phone’s warranty.

I hope this helps.
