Hi i bought an eSIM and the mobile data wouldn’t work. Online it said to delete the eSIM and re add it. Which I promptly did, however now I can re add it because the qr code is no longer available for use. I can’t request a new qr code because I don’t know the phone number attached to the eSIM, I can’t access live chat without the number and I can’t get through to an advisor on the support number without the eSIM number and now I’m signed up to a contract I can’t use because I can’t contact anyone. What do I do?
