I am a new customer to iD mobile. I am switching from BT and provided my PAC on my order, setting my switch date to today. I have not received a text to say that I have had this switch over and my text messages aren’t sending? I have created my account today, but I cannot see anything about my billing linked to my account. I’m unsure if I’ve set up my account correctly? Is there anything I needed to do? It wasn’t clear on your website as I have already provided my PAC code
