I ordered a SIM card for my wife on the 29th May 2024 still hasn’t been delivered (10th June) and I can’t find a way of checking if it has been sent? and appears to be no way to speak to anybody at ID mobile and Chat bot is rubbish

It’s likely that the SIM has been lost and a new one will need to be sent.
