sim card has not arrived, cant speak to anyone.


Hi there,

 

I’ve not received my SIM card since ordering on the 6th June ‘24.

 

I’m paying for a service that I cannot currently use.

 

It also seems impossible to speak to anyone about it.

 

I’m also not in a position to go and visit the local Curry’s as I do not drive. (I heard that this is an option).

 

Please would it be possible for a new sim to be sent out?

 

Perhaps its worth sticking to my previous provider as this seems very long.

Unfortunately @Alaricooo, this online iD forum isn’t for real-time help & support. 

Use the iD online Live Chat service, and speak to the iD customer service team. 

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - which may need repeating a few times.

The Live Chat advisers work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays (9am - 6pm at weekends).

Unfortunately, I have tried using the live chat several times but it does not work.

 

The page does load, although there is no link to the live chat itself.

Okay @Alaricooo, have you tried:

  • Allowing popup windows in your web browser?
  • Using a different web browser?
  • Using an incognito / inprivate window in your web browser?

Otherwise, you can also send a PM to iD support using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter).

In your situation, I’d have returned my order in its cooling off period - over two weeks to get a replacement iD SIM doesn’t seem right.
