Hi there,
I’ve not received my SIM card since ordering on the 6th June ‘24.
I’m paying for a service that I cannot currently use.
It also seems impossible to speak to anyone about it.
I’m also not in a position to go and visit the local Curry’s as I do not drive. (I heard that this is an option).
Please would it be possible for a new sim to be sent out?
Perhaps its worth sticking to my previous provider as this seems very long.
