SIM card nor delivered

SIM only ordered 6 days ago. Despatch email, welcome / account info and notification of direct debit emails all received but no delivery notification email received from DPD. O/N 125339512

I am sorry to hear that your SIM card hasn’t yet arrived. If you would like to pick up a replacement from a Currys store you can; or we can assist you with this here. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

I have had the same issue - no delivery after 5 days and no message from DPD to say it's on its way. Transaction number: 437703204

I also have no network at all because I mistakenly started the switchover pro was from my old number and now I have neither network!! Urgent help needed.

Hey @Hannah Hughes,

SIM cards are sent via Royal Mail so there isn’t any tracking for it.

The quickest way is to pick up a replacement via Currys and this can be activated.

We can PM you here and send a replacement but this would take 1-2 working days to be delivered.

Let us know how to proceed.

Thank you  Mohammed, I was able to go to Currys and get a SIM. The problem I have now is that I started transferring my number (before I had a SIM) but couldn't finish it, but now I seem to have access to neither networks. I can't register my number though the online form as I can't receive a text message to go through the process, and I can't finish transfering my number as it says permission denied. Can you help?
