I had a contract with id for 2 years, in the last past of this contract the new iPhone came out. I bought another contract during my first contract so when the original contracts is finished I had a new phone and new number. Yesterday the original contract expired and now the new sim isn't working, my old id account is deleted and I don't know what this new sim number is to makee another account or to activate it. I didt receive a welcome pack or nothing just confirmation of a direct debit. Now I have a new phone but no working sim. Tired using my old and new sim both are no service. Please help!!!!
