sim card order processed delay

I ordered a Sim a few days ago now and have not had any reply. The message was good news your order is being processed.

Don't know how to get in touch with Idmobile to chase up this order.

I feel like a credit check was made via carphone warehouse which has affected my score but still no reply or order.
