I ordered 2 sim cards to change from Vodafone I got both puk codes to keep both numbers.
But only one sim card has changed over.
They both should have changed on the 17th as ordered.
Any help would be great. Thankyou

Try switching the handsets off and back on again. Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @grantgoldup
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
Its also a PAC code you need to port your number not a PUK code.
