I was supposed to get my sim card two days ago. I got the email saying it has been delivered- but it hasn't. What do I do? Royal Mail guidelines says I should contact the sender, but I see no customer service email here.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Isaac Figliuoli   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
