Still not able to make or receive calls

My phone still won’t work for making or receiving calls in my house. I have tried all of the various suggestions made by several people on the community. Did a reset of network settings. Tried switching Airplane mode on and off for a minute (didn’t work).  Have got 5G Auto switched on, also Wi-Fi calling.  Replaced SIM card following a trip to Curry’s, no difference. Bought a new phone (iPhone 13), no better. Both my previous iPhone (8) and my new one are listed as OK for use on the ID site.  Tried the Sim in my partner’s phone. It works fine.

My partner also changed to ID Mobile at the same time. Their phone works perfectly and has done from the word go (it is not an iPhone).   At the moment my phone works in my garden and away from home but not in the house.  Never had a problem with my previous network.  At the end of my tether… is there any customer support or  is the only answer to leave ID and  get a new contract with another supplier??

Sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced.

It may be worth testing an eSIM in the handset, however I would advise contacting the Live Chat Team.

The team can troubleshoot the issue and escalate it if required.
