Switched from another provider, used PAC code but still on both networks, being charged on both networks, nobody able to help!

Hi

Am at my wits end please can anyone help.

1. Started a new contract with iD moving from 02. Given a pac code and esim. Followed steps correctly.new phone good to go 

 

2. Realised we were still on 02 network, ASWELL AS iD!! Paying two contracts. Using 02 network predominantly. 

 

3. 02 have now provided us with a new pac code.

 

4. I can't use the new PAC code as we don't know the transaction number, so can't go any further. Can't speak to anyone to help. Tried calling and they're unhelpful. Referring us to 02/Curry's / and going round in circles as they refer us to iD!!!

 

Driving us insane. Please please if anyone can help us find a way of getting round this transaction number i would be so grateful.
