Switching networks without a transaction number

I have not received a Welcome to iD’ email and therefore I have not received a transaction number to switch from my previous service provider.

Ah, that welcome email has now surfaced from the ether with the transaction number in the invoice. Thank you.

I have reviewed the FAQ article on how to find the number and I have checked my email junk folder but there is NO welcome email with a number beginning with a 4.

You will have to contact live chat tomorrow then - if you only placed the order tonight it probably hasn’t been processed yet.
