I'd like to advise my pac code

Hi @Karen Stevens, you’ll be able to retrieve your PAC code by texting ‘PAC’ to 65075, and it’ll come through via text.

Alternatively, a member of the live chat team will be able to provide one on their end.

On the live chat, if you type into the chat box ‘speak to an advisor’ or select that option, you’d be put through to an agent.
