You needed to click on the link I posted on your other topic, then once you were connected to live chat, after filling out the required sections, you then write talk to person.

Live chat is a typing based format. You don't actually speak

​@Ian Czunys I had the same issue on Monday to bring my old no. to id mobile I chatted to someone on live chat called Anda they took my details I gave them my number I wanted bought over & because I did it Monday morning Anda told me I would receive a text message by 6pm Tuesday evening to say my old number was active & to  my delight I received the text Tuesday morning ! I can't thank Anda enough for transferring my no. across for me
