I have recently signed up for an unlimited pay as you go sim. Having recently arrived in the UK I won’t be transferring a phone number etc. The sim has arrived and my unlimited data is working well, however when I go to make a call nothing is functioning. I have tried doing a full reset of network settings on my iPhone but no joy. I wonder if I need to do some sort of setup via the id mobile app, but I can’t register as I don’t know my phone number.

Hey there @emcathdun, we’re sorry to hear that

Have you checked that your phone number is showing in your settings?

Have you ensured to purchase a bundle/topped up to allow calls to work?

Thanks,

Tyler

Hello,

My number is not showing up in settings, I don’t know what my number is. The bundle that I paid for when I ordered the sim includes unlimited calls and texts.

Perhaps the iD Mobile number for your iD network connection is shown in the Apple Messages or FaceTime apps, on the iPhone with your iD SIM card, @emcathdun

Hey there @emcathdun, sorry to hear that.

If your number isn’t showing, you’ll need to add it for it to work.

If you’re unsure of the iD Mobile phone number, please check your emails/letters received from us and it should state it somewhere, or we can PM you and find it for you if you prefer.

Thanks,

Tyler
